Due to the unique nature of our services, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders. However, we do have a revision process in place for quality-related issues, such as editing and proofreading services, to ensure compliance with your requirements and to prioritize customer satisfaction.
If the delivered product does not meet the specified requirements outlined at the time of your order, we will conduct an internal review of the content. Necessary revisions or recreations will be undertaken at no additional cost. To initiate this process, please notify us of any issues within 15 days of receiving the completed order.
Each service package includes its own revision policy, which can be found in the respective service description. You may request revisions within 15 days after the order status changes to "Waiting for Customer Approval" in our Order Management Platform. The specific revision period will depend on the package purchased.
Revisions can be requested once the product has been presented for review and the status has changed accordingly. To ensure that your original requirements have been met, we ask that you communicate your revision requests to your assigned Project Manager via email.
You may also make personal changes to the content provided after the order has been fulfilled, as it will be delivered in Word format, and you will retain the rights to the content prior to publication.
Refund claims for delivered work may only be considered if all the following conditions are met:
The delivered work does not comply with the project requirements specified by you.
We are dedicated to achieving 100% customer satisfaction and thus offer unlimited revisions to meet your expectations. Should we be unable to fulfill your requirements after taking these steps, a refund may be processed through mutual agreement on a fixed percentage if the delivery significantly deviates from your original request.
If you wish to cancel your project after placing your order, you may request a full refund within the first hour of your order placement. After this period, a 40% processing fee will be charged for any refund requests.
The Ghostwriting Agency is committed to delivering projects on time. If a project is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and you have made at least three attempts to contact us, a 50% refund will be issued, contingent upon documented evidence that the delay was due to our error.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for delays caused by client actions or requirements.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Ghostwriting Agency, as well as our affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, distributors, partners, licensors, advertisers, and sponsors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives, from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and other expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
